Dr. Courtney L. Wilson
Dr. Wilson is a native of Memphis. TN. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College. After graduation she went on to obtain a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. After her residency Dr. Wilson worked as a pediatric dental associate in both Memphis and Atlanta. During that time she was able to gain a vast amount of experience in her field.
Dr. Wilson has a passion for special needs children and plans to implement a program that will help parents, educators, pediatricians, and other care givers provide the assistance needed to achieve excellent oral hygiene. Parents and caregivers can often feel defeated when it comes to care for a special needs child. Dr. Wilson hopes this program with help them accomplish good oral hygiene and have a feeling of success!Dr. Wilson enjoys quality time with her loving husband, Terrance and two children, Reese and Neiman. Immersing her children in numerous extracurricular activities keeps her super busy. Dr. Wilson enjoys interior decorating, loves to cook, and spends her free time traveling. She is also fascinated with her favorite football team.... GO Saints!!
Dr. Melanie Shaw-Nesbitt
Dr. Melanie Shaw-Nesbitt grew up in Bartlett, TN. She graduated from East High School, where she participated in varsity softball and soccer. She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
Dr. Nesbitt's road to dentistry began at Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Science degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and Christian Dental Society.
Dr. Nesbitt has the utmost concern for patient comfort and care. She strives to reduce anxiety and the discomfort felt during procedures while providing high quality dentistry. Dr. Nesbitt has a passion for serving others and equipping the community with the knowledge and skills for maintaining excellent oral health.
She enjoys gardening, art and crafts, and spending time outdoors with her husband Acer and daughter Madison. She is actively involved in multiple organizations and attends Neshoba Church.

Shari Winarski, RDH
Dental Hygienist and Clinical Coordinator
Joined our team in 2016
Shari graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013. Shari has a passion for working with children and that made the decision to join our team earlier this year quite easy! She enjoys traveling to New Orleans to visit her parents . Shari spends her free time working out at the gym, going to the dog park with her pup, Stella and mani/pedi dates with her girlfriends.
Britni Hanna, RDH
Dental Hygienst

Britni graduated from Concorde Career College with an Assosciates of Applied Science Degree in 2013. She and her Husband, Mikey have an adorable son, Maddox who was born in 2015. They share the love with their two dogs Chance and Coco. Britni hopes to further her career with a Masters degree in the future. When she isnt playing outside with her son and taking the dogs to the park she loves to shop, go target shooting and watch her favorite show, Game of Thrones. Britni's favorites include the movie Grease, mexican food, starbucks and anything monogram.
Brianna Batson, RDA

Brianna graduated from Concorde Career College in 2014. She shares her home with her loving fur baby Herman. Brianna is an avid movie collector and Netflix junkie. She enjoys babysitting and loves any gadget from Apple. Brianna hopes to one day complete dental school and own her favorite vehicle, the Jeep Sahara!
Esme Lopez, RDA
Dental Assistant
Joined our team in 2015
Esme graduated from Delta Technical College in 2015. Her bilingual abilities have been a HUGE help in breaking the language barrier with our spanish speaking families. She has three siblings that have blessed her with seven nieces and nephews. Esme is eager to expand her knowledge of dentistry in her new found career . When Esme isn't working she loves to spend time with her family and enjoys traveling,going to the movies and being creative with her arts and crafts skills.
